Internal Championship Awards 2025

For the person with the most points scored in each category

The Bentley Cup was presented to Dave Bell for the Marshal category

The Vauxhall Trophy was presented to Jo Wilkinson for the Official category
The Coach and Horses Trophy was presented to Jo Wilkinson for the Ladies category
The Treasure Trial trophy was presented to Dave Bell for the Overall highest points score

The Walfred Trophy was presented to Kevin Bardon for the Road Rally Driver category
The Bower Trophy was presented to Simon Bentley for the Road Rally Navigator category
The Ryedale Brakes Field was presented to Dan Robinson for the Stage Driver category
The Robson Trophy Award was presented to Jo Wilkinson for the Stage Navigator category

Discretionary Awards Nominated by the club members:

Newcomer Awards:
The Saver Spares Cup was awarded to Natalie Robinson as Newcomer driver

The Riddle Trophy was presented to Henry Houston as Newcomer Navigator

Bent Car Award:
The bent Car Award made by Vince Chapman was presented to Matthew Robinson who borrowed his wife car and then bent it a bit “of course I’ll be careful with your car”….

In appreciation Award
The In appreciation Plate was awarded to Kevin Bardon, who has bought a road rally/Targa car to help pass on his experience as a seasoned navigator to complete newcomers to the sport, Phil Bramma and Henry Houston have both benefitted from his tutoring.

Sportsmanship Award:
The Masser Gleeson Trophy was presented to Mark Pashley for his assistance of other drivers who had problems during events.

Exceptional Club Person Award:
The Chris Chapman Rose Bowl was presented to Donna Harper to reflect all the behind the scenes work she has put in organising events for the club, amongst much more work.

Marshal of the Year Award:
The Kirkby Misperton Award was presented to Pat Johnson and Richard Foster for their outstanding marshalling and 12 car organising works throughout 2025.

Highest Placed MMC Crew on the Trackrod Rally:
The Autocrafts Trophy was presented to Ian Ring and Paul Vasey.

Highest Placed MMC crew on the Roger Albert Clarke Rally:
The SouthHolme trophy was presented to Dan Mennell and John Roberts

The Chairman’s Award
The 25th Anniversary Award was presented to Nick Skaife for all the organising and participation he has provided to the club throughout the year.

And finally…
A Special Award was presented by Steve Bannister to Dibs who hit a deer on the last rally he did, and him trying to avoid it (which he didn’t 🦌❌️) caused him to roll the car as well….
