Club socials can be anything from a simple get together and chat after a local rally, a video night or quiz. We also hold regular motorsport forums with local celebrity drivers and also hold many training nights. Training nights can consist of First Aid or Marshals Training, and Car Preparation. During the summer months we try to hold BBQ's and fun nights, and always the "bring your own car" night. Where Club members are be encouraged to bring their competition cars to this social night, so other members can have a closer look at the cars they normally see fly past at a great rate of knots! An ideal opportunity to ask questions and learn more about car preparation techniques! Each year we also hold a Christmas Social (generally the last Club night before Christmas) full of fun and laughter. Food is available, and all are welcome! The club also holds a yearly Awards Dinner. This is the highlight of the social calendar and not to be missed! Usually held at one of the local hotels this is a dinner and prize presentation all rolled into one. This occasion can be black tie or smart casual - the choice is yours! You are guaranteed a good night though!! |
